The Recording console is software that can run as a Windows service or in the command prompt and will sniff the IP packets and convert them into an audio file. All the CDR information will be put into the SQL database.

The Web console is web-based software that is deployed in IIS and can be run from Internet explorer. The application is used for playback of the saved audio file and for the configuration of the module.

The Web console consists of the modules listed below
